Rivetless Chain

Our factory could produce rivetless chains according to AISI standards. These chains are forged in high-alloy, heat treated steel. And they are also available in high temperature and food grade stainless steels. A variety of attachments are available, such as S22, K2, and A53, in either fabricated or cast design. We could produce the chains based on your design and build attachments customized for your application.

698 Rivetless Chain

Our heat resistant 698 rivetless chain is cast using stainless steel ASTM 297 grade HN. This material was selected to provide excellent service life in these demanding conditions. This chain was manufactured in the investment casting process to maintain the tolerances required. The chain was installed in a hot lime drag conveyor application, which transports hot lime at 1800 degrees F directly under the kiln to a bucket elevator.
